At True Roots we focus on remediating underlying physical factors connected to many challenges children experience. Through movement, we revisit early stages of development and work together to build true foundations for learning and life.
Reflex integration can be used to remediate physical factors connected to conditions such as ADHD, Reading and Writing problems, Autism, Coordination and Balance difficulties, bedwetting and general learning difficulties.

Complete the screening questionnaire and return it to INPP for advice. (No fee applicable at this stage).
A one hour appointment in which to discuss your child's presenting problems, developmental history, and the suitability of the programme.
a. Assessment of gross and fine motor coordination, balance, primitive and postural reflexes, laterality, eye movements and visual perception.
b. Selection and demonstration of exercises for use at home.
A follow up appointment to discuss the findings and educational implications of the diagnostic assessment.
Carried out at 6-8 weekly intervals to assess progress and adjust the exercise programme.
